2 Tips to Eat More Fruits & Vegetables

As we better OUR everyday lives, our kids lives are impacted too! Naturally, they will pick up on healthy habits which is a HUGE win for parents. Getting them to eat healthy is another story 😅 After being introduced to yummy yummy sweets, fries, nuggets, ice cream, chips, cereals, etc...it’s HARD to get those out of your life. Do my kids still get that stuff on occasion? Yes. They do. 🥴
But I have 2 things that I do frequently that helps get some nutrients into my babes.
✨ At any given moment, they have a tub of fresh organic fruit that’s cut and washed in the fridge that they can just get out and chow down on. This fruit is set out at each meal too! If you do this, you will be surprised at how much they reach for it!
✨When I’m cooking, I will chop up carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, onions, or cauliflower in food processor and cook it into whatever meal we are having. It’s so fine that they don’t even know it’s in there! And they have yet to question me about it. Now THATS a win!!!!!! (This is great for ANYONE, not just kids)
