Refund policy
We want you to feel truly good about everything you bring home from Salt of Life — body, mind, and spirit. While we hope you love what you ordered, we understand that sometimes things don’t align.
Due to the nature of many of our products — including items with expiration dates, ingestibles, and personal care goods — we’ve put the following policies in place to protect the quality, safety, and integrity of what we offer, as well as the sustainability of our small, heart-led shop.
Here’s how we handle orders, returns, refunds, and pick-ups with care:

Final Sale Policy | Store Credit Only (If Approved)
All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded to the original form of payment once placed.
Return requests are not guaranteed and may be submitted for store credit only within 14 days of placing the order. All returns require prior approval from Salt of Life.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase or order number is required
All approved returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. If accepted, store credit will be issued. Store credit does not expire and may be used online or in-store.
Salt of Life reserves the right to deny any return request or make exceptions at its sole discretion.

Return Shipping
• Shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• A prepaid label can be provided and deducted from store credit
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
If your item was damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety, sanitary, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns on:
• Tinctures and all ingestible products
• Perishable or personal care items
• Used or opened items
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Sale or clearance items
Items that cannot be resold will not be accepted or credited.

Local Pick-Up Orders
Pick-up orders will be held for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Due to the nature of our products — including freshness, safety, and shelf life — we are unable to store items long-term.
Orders not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned. Items may be restocked or donated. No refunds, returns, or store credit will be issued.
Failure to pick up an order does not qualify it for cancellation, refund, or return eligibility.
