BASE—
• cucumber
• chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
• red onion
• basil
if you’re making this in advance, cut the seeds out of the cucumber & tomato so it doesn’t get soggy
DRESSING—
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp lemon
• 2 tbsp tahini
• 2 tsp agave nectar
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• salt & pepper
