Ingredients:
↳ Vegan naan bread
↳ EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
↳ 1 - 2 tbsp. Nutritional Yeast
↳ Cashew Parmesan “cheese” (food process - cashews, nutritional yeast, salt, garlic powder)
↳ Alll the veggies (note that I even have broccoli on this one. Seriously - chop up all of your veggies!)
↳ Meat if you want - or you can skip this and keep it a veggie pizza!
Directions:
・Preheat oven to 400
・Brush naan bread with olive oil on both sides and bake for 5-10 minutes. This really depends on how crispy you want it. Keep in mind it will cook for a little bit longer after this.
・Chop & sauté your veggies + brown your meat
・Layer Rao’s + nutritional yeast + cashew parm + veggies + meat on the naan & bake for another 5-10 minutes!
These are whole fam approved and have completely replaced frozen pizzas in our household!
