My favorite veggie packed meal —>
+ sauté ALLLLL the veggies
+ add meat (whatever you have. This works with everything)
+ season with salt, pepper, ginger, garlic & onion powder (or whatever you want, follow your heart lol)
+ Let it sauté for a bit
+ Serve over rice or quinoa
