How To Make Fermented Garlic + Its Benefits

Garlic is a well known powerful food for health. Garlic offers multiple health benefits from a compound called “allicin”. Once minced, crushed or chopped, let the garlic sit for a few minutes to allow the enzymes from the allicin to start working. You can get some benefits from cooked garlic, however, raw garlic is most beneficial. Garlic contains vitamins and minerals such as, manganese, selenium, vitamin c, vitamin b6, and fiber.
