Formulated specifically for women, Nourish Her Naturally is a liquid botanical multivitamin made to fortify, improve, and nurture the female body. This tincture includes herbs that are packed with plant constituents that help balance hormones, support healthy energy levels, and promote overall wellness. Usage:

Take once daily (but can be taken more than once per day without issue).

Daily Dosage:

• Ages 1 - 5: 20 drops
• Ages 6 - 12: 20 - 40 drops
• Ages 13+: 40-60 drops

Can mix it into juice or tea to make it easier to take. Tastes sweet and minty!

The mix also contains other trace minerals. It is high in water-soluble vitamins like B-complex. It is not very high in A, D, E, or K2 (because they are fat-soluble).
