Lemon Balm, the lemon scented herb from the mint family, is grown around the world and traditionally used for promoting a sense of calmness and relaxation, and supporting a healthier mood. Lemon balm may also improve restlessness and promote a healthier sleep habit. 

Hemp Seed Oil is derived straight from the hemp plant and has a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, including lineolic acid. Because of that, it may promote healthier skin, offer cardiovascular support, and reduce inflammations and pains.
